The Manhattan
Beach pier will be packed – and you can be a VIP!
Hello from the sands of
Southern California. This is THE place to be the next two weeks. Read
on and we'll show and tell you why it's the case.

For our next trip, we're doing more of the same in a different
location. It will be the Molson Indy Vancouver, held in the city just
selected to be host of the 2012 Winter Olympic Games. For a look at

But before we go too far, here's the parties and events
we've added to the site.
California Beach Parties Start This Weekend
Itıs the heart of the heat of the summer and that means
weıre having a beach bash. Actually, weıre having a series of beach
bashes. And itıs starting this weekend!
The Manhattan Beach Open the Daytona 500 of beach volleyball
held in the sportıs birthplace runs Thursday thru Sunday. To celebrate
this great event, we are giving away VIP PASSES which includes
FREE BEER IN THE VIP TENT!
This prime event is Thursday, Aug. 7 at Sharkeez in
Manhattan Beach, CA, from 9-10:30 p.m. Parking and food are also
included (though most people arrive at the tournament via bike or rollerblade).
Pro players Adam Jewell and Collin Smith will be there
tending bar, then will continue with our Manhattan Bar Crawl on Friday
at Towne in downtown Manhattan Beach from 8-10 p.m.
Another bar or two is likely to be added, so keep checking
the site. The next week, we will be in Surf City, USA, for the Huntington
Beach Open.
Check the site for updates on bar appearances. Both events
will be televised on NBC. For those unable to make it, check the site

Beach Surf Festival
Every part of
the 6-man is crazy, even the National Anthem.
Many of the pros partiers and volleyball players alike
warmed up for the Manhattan Open with a zany event called the Manhattan
Beach Surf Festival. Itıs Bay to Breakers on the beach, a party on the
sand that mixes in excellent 6-person volleyball in a light-hearted
tournament. Check

Indy Canadian Party Guide
The Miss Indy finalists
at the Friday night driver's VIP Party in Vancouver.
We spent most of July in Canada at a pair of party events
known as the Molson Indy. First, we were in Toronto where Team Red proved
once again to be a highlight. They seemed to keep showing up in all
the bars where we were all week! Then there was Vancouver, where we
kept bumping into the Miss Indy contestants. Check out our photos and
