Tales from Around the Globe
Show and Tell Austin's Lake Travis
Austin, TX
Labor Day Weekend (But Great Anytime)

Greg, Joe (center)
and Nick (almost far right) raged on the river.
Iwent to Austin with my boat and hung
out with two buddies of mine, Joe and Nik. We went to the "Party Cove"
on Lake Travis where there were over 300 boats all tied together in
islands of of social bonding.
I discovered that quarter-million-dollar boats attract many hot chicks
(below).

There were many hot babes everywhere. I was surrounded and loving it.

I was also appreciative of the friendliness of our neighboring boats
to which we were tied up. Their gestures of kindness will always be
remembered.

As the sun started to set, we went to a lake-side restaurant called
Carlos and Charlies to eat. They also have a huge bar and had
two live bands. We pulled up with the boat, docked and joined all the
other boaters for food and drink.

We met up with some of the hot chicks we met at the cove and performed
some of the mandatory boater bonding rituals.

When that slowed down around midnight, we took the boat up the lake
to another lake-side restaurant/bar called Johnny Finns to continue
with a band playing on the dock and mingle with a bachelorette party
from Houston.
It was out of control this weekend!!! I conclude from this experiment
and adventure that friendly, hot babes on boats make me a very happy
man. End of story. Greg
