PubClubbing in Toronto
We loved Al Frisco's,
but now it's called Jack Astor's.

Editor's Note: PubClub..com is currently in Toronto researching all the pubs and clubs for updated articles.
Toronto rocks during the
week and rages on weekends. It starts Wednesday at the Crocodile
Rock downtown, moves to The Madison (or "The Maddy"
as locals call it) on Thursdays and zigzags all through the city on
Friday and Saturday. Sunday nights slow down a bit but for those willing
to sacrifice style for a down-and-dirty time, the Chick & Deli
at Yonge and Eglington is, well, legendary.

But oh, there's so much more in this vibrant city. There are bars,
pubs and clubs, live music and restaurant/bars patios and playgrounds.
There are more than 350 party places in Toronto, but grab a cold Canadian
beer and relax. We've got the best ones listed under the following two
categories:
Bars
and Pubs, upscale and downscale, plus live music venues;
Clubs,
the hot, hip and the scene for dancing and DJs
So, what's OUR favorite place? Easy. The patio at Al Frisco's
with is now called Jack Astor's on John Street. Sure, there are other spots (including Milestone's
across the street, Montana's next door, for two quick examples),
but the Frisco's patio rocks Milestone's is smaller but is also good.
For this summer, one grand event is back. "The Indy" is July 10-12. It's not the month-long event with block parites in its Molson Indy heyday, but the city is excited about its return.

Team Red may not be at "the Indy" this year, but the race is back.

The PubClub crew
gets crazy at the Fort York music and beer event in July.
