Use #MyNatureSelfie Hashtag To Win A Weekend At Forever Resorts Hotel
Combining the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service and social media, Forever Resorts has created a clever campaign that can result in a free weekend stay.
Snap a selfie in a national park, hashtag and tag it, and you could win a weekend in one of Forever Resort’s national park properties.
Participating destinations include Signal Mountain Lodge in Grand Teton National Park, Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim, Cedar Pass Lodge at Badlands National Park and The Lodge at Bryce Canyon.
It also is applies to Forever Resorts’ houseboating destinations at Lake Powell in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, and Lake Mead and Lake Mohave in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
“Snap it. Share it. Win it. That’s what we want everyone to do who loves being outdoors in their favorite park setting,” says Darla Cook, vice president of public relations and events, Forever Resorts. “Sharing your favorite park with others is the best way to encourage more people to get outdoors.”
To enter, snap a selfie at any national park and, in five words or less, describe why you love that park. Then share that selfie on social media with the hashtag #MyNatureSelfie, and tag @ForeverResorts.
Entrants must be 21or older to qualify for prizes.
Prizes will be awarded weekly and monthly for the contest’s duration. Weekly winners will be announced on social media each Thursday and will receive a hat, t-shirt or gift bag from Forever Resorts’ participating destinations; monthly winners will be announced on the 27th of each month beginning May 27 and will receive a backpack filled with swag from Forever’s destinations to use on their next outdoor adventure.
One #MyNatureSelfie winner will receive the grand prize—a weekend stay at any of Forever Resorts’ participating destinations in 2017.
