Abigaile, Dia de Campo, Suburbia & S+W Hosting Comped Social Events
Some of Hermosa Beach’s top restaurant/bars are hosting free samplings of cocktails in May and June.
These so-called socials are open to anyone who is 21-and-over. All you do is sign up in advance via Eventbrite (it’s free; the point of this is to know the number of people coming to the event plus space is limited) and show up to the restaurant.
The complimentary tasting events consist of a representative of that spirit handing out samples of their spirits while also providing education on their brand to customers. The setting is casual and all socials take place during Happy Hour. Additionally, the venue’s bartenders serve specially-created cocktails made with that spirit.
The events take place from 5-7 p.m.
I went to one at S+W a few months earlier and it was definitely a social happening. In the Beach Cities we’re always looking for cool places and events to be social and these definitely meet the South Bay’s standards.
