The Holding Company in San Diego’s Ocean beach is full of the holiday spirit and you can be, too, with these three cocktails available in December.
The Holding Company’s Holiday Cocktails are:
• I’ll Be Home for Christmas: Peppermint espresso martini with homemade coffee liqueur + cream
• Silent Night: Spiced hot apple cider spiked with Skrewball
• Skrew The Nog: Boozy homemade eggnog with cinnamon + Skrewball
The cocktails are being served starting Dec. 6.
The Holding Company also has either a band or a DJ on weekend nights and also a few other select evenings. There is also music, great food and the ridiculously large group drinks – towers, they call them, including mimosas – for its rooftop weekend bunch. Its location is just a couple doors up from the beach and the OB Pier.
Happy Hour is Tuesday-Friday, 4-6 p.m. The drink specials are:
• 1/2 Off Draft Beer
• $2 Pint Beer of the Day
• $10 Pitchers of Beer
• $4 Well Drinks
• $15 Off All Towers
The Holding Company, which is a three-level restaurant bar and live music venue along lively Newport Ave., is closed on Christmas Day.
