Ingredients

1.5oz Ketel One Botanical Grapefruit & Rose

0.5 oz Lillet Blanc

0.5 oz Pressed Heirloom Tomato Juice

0.5 oz Grapefruit Cordial

0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake hard and strain over large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a thin grapefruit crescent & pinch of maldon salt.
