The holidays are not just for wine, champagne and egg nog.
Oh heck now, there’s a lot more to drink at Christmas parties, and here are three receipes from 1800 Tequila & Three Olives Vodka.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz 1800® Cristalino
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Dash Orange Bitters & Chocolate Bitters
Garnish: Garnish with Bitter Chocolate Bark and Orange Discard
Instructions: In a mixing glass, combine 1800® Cristalino, simple syrup, orange bitters and chocolate bitters. Add ice and stir. Strain over large cube into rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel discard and bitter chocolate squares.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz 1800® Cristalino
- 1 oz Spiced Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Cranberry Reduction
- Soda Water
Garnish: Garnish with Lemon wheel, cloves, and torched rosemary
Instructions: In a mixing tin, combine 1800® Cristalino, spiced simple syrup & fresh cranberry reduction. Add ice and shake. Double Strain into collins glass and fill with ice. Top with soda water and a spoonful of the cranberries. Give a quick stir. Garnish by inserting 3 cloves into the flesh of a lemon wheel and place on top. Add a stalk of rosemary and torch until smoking.
Original Sparkling Holiday Punch
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Three Olives® Vodka
- 2 oz Cranberry
- 4 oz Sparkling Apple Cider
Garnish: Garnish with a rosemary sprig, orange slice, and three fresh cranberries.
Instructions: Add all ingredients in the order given to a glass with ice and gently stir.
