Toby Keith Headlines Inaugural Country And Southern Rock Concert
Panama City Beach, Florida, is going to rock on the last weekend of September.
It’s the inaugural Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam and it features six stages of country and Southern Rock music, and tickets are now on sale.
The lineup includes more than 30 acts, highlighted by Toby Keith, Brantley Gilbert, Trace Adkins, Eli Young Band, Kip Moore, The Charlie Daniels Band (a Bar Blogger favorite), X Factor Winner Tate Stevens, Darryl Worley, Blackberry Smoke. The event dates are Sept. 26-28.
General Admission tickets have a special 4-day only price of $99. VIP Pit tickets $399 and front row and a double-decker side stage viewing areas with snacks and adult beverages included is available for $999!
Tickets are through Front Gate Tickets and it has a payment plan calling for an initial 30% deposit, plus all applicable tax and service charges, upon purchase. The remaining balance will then be split into two separate automatic payments.
Officials are expecting more than 15,000 people at this first event and it’s a daytime-nighttime event, so it’s going to be a party.
During the day, three beachfront stages are hosted by Edgewater Golf & Beach Resort, The Boardwalk Beach Resort and Seahaven Beach Resorts. Here, you’ll be standing on the beach and even the water during the shows.
After sunset, free shuttles will take people to the headline stage at Frank Brown Park for Toby Keith, Brantley Gilbert, and Trace Adkins on the three different nights. Anyone still looking to party is then invited to Club La Vela.
Hotels are also available and that’s the way I would do it, because you’re right there an nobody has to be the designated driver!
Here’s a look at the various ticket packages:
• General Admission ($99-189)
GA tickets are available for $99 (plus tax and surcharges) through Monday, May 13. After the initial on-sale special, pricing will increase in increments up to $189. GAtickets grant access to all day stages and nighttime locations, the main headline stage at Frank Brown Park, late night events, and free shuttle access.
• VIP Pit ($399)
These tickets grant admission to the area directly in front of the stage, VIP access to all day stages and nighttime locations, front of line shuttle access, front of line access to the event grounds, and access to all general admission areas.
• Side Stage VIP ($999)
These tickets grant admission to the double-decker stage additions to the very left and right of the headline stage at Frank Brown Park, VIP access to all day stages and nighttime locations, hors d’oeuvres, adult beverages, front of line shuttle access, front of line access to the event grounds, and free parking.
