It’s A Party For This Twitter Party Meet-Up Discussion
PubClub.com has launched a Twitter chat – what some people call a Twitter party – that blends travel with nightlife and bars.
The only Twitter chat of its kind, it’s called #PubClubChat.
Formerly called #TheNightlifeChat, it covers a wide range of topics devoted to bars and nightlife, while also expanding into beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, tailgate parties and festivals (think music and beer & wine festivals).
The chat takes place the second and fourth Thursday of each month. The next chat is Thursday, June 22, and the topic is Top June Drinks & Destinations.
The time is 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time (7:30 p.m. ET). To participate, simply type in the hashtag #PubClubChat into the Twitter search bar at the designated time. It lasts for 30 minutes.

So far in 2017, these chats have resulted in more than 10 million social media impressions.
“I have been blown away by the interest this chat has generated among the Twitter community,” said PubClub.com founder Kevin Wilkerson. “We have a very loyal core of top travel bloggers who participate and more people are joining in all the time. I’m very excited about hosting this chat.”
Wilkerson also pointed out that PubClub is seeking sponsors for the chat, either on a week-by-week or permanent basis. He is even willing to take it to a host bar or restaurant in the Los Angeles area and do the chat on location.
Created by the website PubClub.com, which blends nightlife with travel, this chat is designed to discuss a wide range of topics within the bar and nightlife industry with industry executives, bartenders, bar managers, DJs, bands, event promoters and, well, pubclubbers.
Twitter chats are a great way to connect with other people from around the world on a friendly, open platform that welcomes feedback and input from participants.
