WHAT: The Fourth Of July of Canada, with fireworks and celebrations throughout the country. The day marks the union of the colonies of Canada, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in 1867. This year marks Canada’s 150th anniversary.
WHERE: The best place to party for Canada Day is Toronto with events, concerts and fireworks all over the city.
THE SCENE: Canadians will be decked out in red and white, Maple Leaf flags draped around them and drinking lots of fine Canadian beer.
SINGLES SCENE: Outstanding. Canadians are friendly and love showing visitors – particularly Americans – the Canadian way of partying.
