WHERE: Uptown & French Quarter.but not on Bourbon Street
WHEN: Feb. 11-28; Fat Tuesday is Feb. 28
PARTY SCENE: Outstanding; you can drink in the streets here, go in and out of bars, get beads from people on the floats and party with tens of thousands watching the parades.
SINGLE SCENE: Fantastic. Think about it – a festive atmosphere, endless alcohol, girls lifting up their shirts for beads.
