Mostly Cloudy, Some Sun, A Little Rain But No Hurricane

The latter was of some concern when several tropical storms and hurricanes formed in the Caribbean in September – including Hurricane Dorian, which caused extensive damage in the Bahamas – causing some meteorologists to predict a particularly lively hurricane season.
But that seems to be of little concern for the 300 or so boats and 1,000-plus people on this airline industry excursion through the British Virgin Islands from Oct. 8-17.

Humidity is about 70%. Of course, the weather can – and likely will – vary from island to island. The forecast for Yost Van Dyke, for example, shows mostly sunny conditions thru Saturday, Oct. 12, with increasing clouds the next two days and showers thru the week.
