VAI Resort is scheduled to open in Glendale, AZ, in 2024. And this over-the-top property is something that one might expect to find in Las Vegas. Or Monte Carlo.
It is the vision of Grant Fisher, a 27-year-old hospitality entrepreneur who is President and CEO of VAI Global Development and an Arizona native. He said that “traveling has always been a passion of mine, and it’s what inspired me to dream big. VAI Resort was born from my experiences exploring different parts of the world and wanting to bring this global perspective to my backyard.
“Our mission is to redefine the luxury hospitality experience while incorporating the thrill of live entertainment. VAI is a one-of-a-kind destination set to exceed all expectations and leave a lasting impression on our guests.”

It’s hard to argue with him. VAI will have four towers of accommodations:
• Muse Tower – The Muse Tower is a first-of-its-kind combination of a hotel and amphitheater, which promises to please fans of all musical genres, artists and trends. Featuring 328 rooms with 160 rooms and suites its balconies have views of the concert stage (more on the concerts later).

• Rhythm Tower – Rhythm Tower is where to “feel the groove” at VAI, according to the resort’s press materials. Next to Rhythm, are VAI’s group and conference spaces.
• Cadence Tower – While play is at the heart of VAI Resort, retreat to an ultra-luxe accommodation in Cadence Tower is a VAI’s ultra-luxe accommodation.
• VAI Villas – Adjacent to Cadence Tower, VAI Villas features premium designer rooms ranging from 1,100 sq. ft. to the spacious 5,300 sq. ft. Penthouse. Exclusive, infinity-edge rooftop pools overlook the resort.
And that’s just the rooms. There’s more for jet setters who like to have a good time in a hip environment. Check it out below.
