Bar Hopping On One Of The USA’s Top Party Nights
Thanksgiving Eve is one of the top party nights of the year in the USA.
People return to their hometown to visit their families and spend the previous night getting hammered with their high school friends, nobody has to work the next day and much of the rest of the four-day weekend is spent in a reflective, rather than party, mode.
So that’s why people cut loose on Wednesday night, and in Hermosa Beach that means a themed pub crawl!
The pub crawl will hit several bars in this South Bay beach town, starting at the Hermosa Saloon (2nd Street and PCH) at 7 p.m. The rest of the schedule is at the organizer’s discretion and she’s being discreet about it because she wants everyone there at the beginning of it.
And that’s the way it should be, of course, because you can’t join in a pub crawl after it’s hit a few bars and expect to fit into it.
“Please bring jackets/towels/socks to be donated to a local charity,” she said. “Please invite all of your friends who like to meet cool new people. It is Hermosa so costumes are encouraged.
“What should you dress up as? Whatever the hell you want to,” tho something in Thanksgiving attire is probably going to be the most popular costumes.
