Summer concerts are a big part of the endless summer lifestyle in Southern California, and in the San Diego community of San Marcos, that’s Lakehouse Resort’s Live at the Lake.
People lounge on the Lakeside Lawn with a blanket orin low-back chair for the tribute band concerts by the water. It starts with local band at 4:30 p.m., wiht the headliner at 5:15. Gates open at 4 p.m.

The series closes with a bang thanks to Elton Dan and the Rocket Band, a full-costume tribute to the Rocket Man himself. Expect sequins, showmanship, and a setlist full of classics like “Tiny Dancer” and “Bennie and the Jets.”
