Spanish Party DJs Bring Their Act To Sin City
Vegas is one of America’s hottest cities for nightlife, but it still lags behind places in Europe for the all-out party.
But now, that gap is being narrowed somewhat by Wynne Nightlife, which is bringing in elrow for a year’s residency in Sin City.
For those who don’t know, elrow is not a DJ like Tiesto or other huge names who spin in Sin City, but a full act that involves members in costume interacting with the club’s barflies. And they are wildly popular: nearly two million people attended 134 shows hosted across 65 cities worldwide last year.
It sold out Encore Beach Club at Wynne during its first weekend in March and it has shows at Wynne day and nightclubs already scheduled into December.
Born eight years ago in Ibiza, the group has 20 so-called “immersive shows.” It has performed in nearly every nightlife hotspot in the world: London, Shanghai, Miami, Buenos Aires, Beirut, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Cairo, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brazil Dubai, New York, Madrid, Barcelona Amnesia on Ibiza, as well as festivals like Glastonbury and Tomorrowland.
This really kicks up the daylife and nightlife scene in Vegas, a place where if you are not constantly evaluating and elevating your level of the party scene, you’ll be left behind like a watered-down cocktail.
