Battling a Stroke, Steve Dimon Presents A Hot Music Night To Help His Recovery
A Los Angeles bar and event promoter needs your help.
And this time it’s not just to go to one of its events.
It’s to help him survive.
Steve Dimon who puts on a massive St. Patrick’s Day bash in Hollywood plus Halloween and New Year’s Eve parties in the South Bay Beach Cities (among several other happenings) through his Max Entertainment Group, suffered a stroke in April. His entire left side was paralyzed, he could not walk and and was even on life support.
Fortunately, he is recovering, but it’s a slow process. It’s also an expensive one, so he’s reaching out to people by doing what he does best – putting on events. His latest is a big bash at Supper Club in Hollywood on Thursday, Sept. 20, with funds going to his Stroke Recovery Foundation.
The event runs from 8 p.m.-2 a.m., and features a full night of from DJ Splyce with sounds from Steve Castro, TJ Hoban, Cool Whip and Mister E.
This is a donation event; the Max Entertainment website lists donations for $10, $20, $50 and $100. For $50 you can get a ticket to an open bar for an hour (9-10 p.m.) featuring beer, vodka and champagne.
There are full details and advance ticket sales on the Max Entertainment Group website: www.maxentertainmentgroup.com.
