Hermosa Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade
It’s back! The beach city parade is rolling down Pier Ave., and along Hermosa Ave., this Saturday. Oh sure, you’ll never confuse it for the massive parades in Boston, Chicago, New York and other places, but that’s part of its charm. March Madness 2022 Starts March 17
Now, onto March Madness. Selection Sunday is this Sunday with the feed-in games starting on Tuesday. First-round games tip off Thursday at 9 a.m., PT, so you better have your brackets filled in by then or else your bracket is busted before the first game.
When you’re at a bar for St. Patrick’s Day be sure and have that bracket with you. And don’t pay your pool manager in a bar on St. Patrick’s Day! No matter what he says at the time, he will forget and you will have a long discussion with him two weeks later when he’s trying to collect from you. This is now called “the Kevbeaux Rule” in our pool.

Spring Break 2022
