Buying a good spirit can be daunting. Just to go any store and check out the options; they seem endless. This is especially true with bourbons. In the USA alone, there are 739 whiskey and burbon distilleries as of 2023, according to industry research company IBISWorld. That is an 11% increase from the previous year.
