Here are recipes for three Valentine’s Day drinks from the mixologists at The London, which you can make at home when you’re not enjoying them at the bar.
London Love Bug
Ingredients:
• Thinly Sliced Fresh Strawberries
• Strawberry Cotton Candy
• Conundrum Sparkling Rose Wine
Directions:
This is a very easy to make champagne cocktail. Simply place the sliced strawberries on the bottom of a wine glass. Place the Cotton Candy in the glass. Present on a plate with your meringue kisses and wine craft. Pour the Sparkling wine over the cotton candy in front of the guest. Watch it melt.
Chocolate Raspberry Cupid
Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
• 1 oz Chambord
• 1 oz Half & Half
• Garnish with Raspberries
• Chocolate Sauce
Directions:
Add all ingredients over ice in a shaker and shake until chilled. Drizzle chocolate in an empty martini coup. Strain mixture into the glass and add raspberries as garnish.
English Kiss
This recipe involves two parts. Here are the part 1 Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz vodka
• 0.5 oz Framboise
• 0.5 oz Simple
• Splash half & half
Directions:
Shake and strain into a glass/ coup
Part 2 Ingredients; in a Shaker add:
• 1 oz simple
• 1 oz heavy whipping cream
• 2 ice cubes
Instructions:
Shake and strain with Julep strainer. Garnish with 4 meringue kisses
