California Swing Band Traveling Across The USA

In fact, they would be hard to miss considering they have been playing for 25 years.
And they are not about to stop now, for they have a full fall tour in 2018 that will take them across the country. They will, of course, play venues in their native Southern California, including a winery in Temecula.
The Ventura-based swing band was featured in the 1996 cult hit film, “Swingers.” Big Bad Voodoo Daddy’s music has appeared in countless more films and television shows, including The Wild, Despicable Me, Phineas & Ferb, Friends, Third Rock From The Sun, Ally McBeal, and So You Think You Can Dance.
Big Bad Voodoo Daddy’s all original core line-up includes Scotty Morris (lead vocals and guitar), Kurt Sodergren (drums), Dirk Shumaker (double bass and vocals), Andy Rowley (baritone saxophone and vocals), Glen “The Kid” Marhevka (trumpet), Karl Hunter (saxophones and clarinet) and Joshua Levy (piano and arranger).
