Electric Daisy Carnival Announces Theme For 2019 Las Vegas Festival

EDM Event Will Be Kinetic Energy

There is a lot of energy at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, and in 2019 it will be “Kinetic Energy,” the theme for this year’s three-day midnight-and-on festival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

EDC announced this in a video posted on YouTube and sent to PubClub.com. The dates of this massive electronic music event are May 17, 18 and 19.

So we know the theme and what else? Well, the price of tickets, of course. A three-day GA ticket is $359, a GA+ Festival Pass is $539 (frankly, I’m not too sure of the difference) and VIP is $779.

A shuttle all three days $199 from The Strip and camping tickets are $95.

This is a night-into-morning affair. The venue is open from 7 p.m.,-5 a.m. You must be 18 to attend and there is a zero-tolerance policy for drug use and possession. The Las Vegas police are very diligent in this area.

There are no in-and-out privileges but you’re in the middle of nowhere, so this is not an issue. You can bring in selfie sticks, hula hoops (including those with LED lights), inflatables (do be inflated inside the venue) and, of course, your cellphone for all those selfies and social media posts.
