Performance Set for Sunday, July 15 With Tickets on Sale May 11
The Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, is ready to rock The Colosseum at Caesars Palace with a show on Sunday, July 15. She will be joined by special guest Jonathan Slocumb.
She has just released a “Best of Aretha Franklin 1980-1998” CD that includes Jumping Jack Flash with Keith Richards and It’s Isn’t, It Wasn’t, It Ain’t Never Gonna Be with Whitney Houston. Of course, she gets a lot of Respect on her own; it has just been announced that she will be entering the Gospel Hall of Fame in August.
Tickets range in price from $50-155 and go on sale Friday, May 11. Specific ticket prices are: $49.50, $79.50, $99.50 and $155.00 (all prices include 10% Live Entertainment Tax).

The show, which will start at 7:30 p.m., is jointly presented by Caesars Palace and AEG Live.
