Thousands Express Interest In ‘Storm The Bermuda Triangle’ Facebook Event

Organizer Says This Is Legit And To ‘Bring Weed And A Lot Of Beer And Whiskey

More than 40,000 people have expressed interest in a “Storm The Bermuda Triangle” Facebook event to take place in October, a spinoff on the “Storm Area 51” (fake) event.

But this one is not fake, says the organizer.

“I’m legit trying to throw a party for everyone so they’ll come to my thing,” Anthony Carnovale wrote on “Storm The Bermuda Triangle, It Can’t Swallow All Of Us” a. Facebook group page. ”This is the time for assembly to show this country we can organize. Let’s go have a good time. Let’s still clap these sea monster cheeks. Ok. Let’s all just have fun.”

Sounds like a party!

The event is scheduled for Oct. 1 and Carnovale posted that he will take guests into the area famous for mysterious disappearances of ships and planes.

He also set up a fundraising page in an attempt to raise $75,000 to help pay for it.
