We’ve all been there and experienced this scenario.

It’s a hot day, you’ve dragged yourself through the massive hallways of the museums, visited the top attractions and now you’re hauling yourself down some long, never-ending boulevard. And your feet are killing you.

You are thinking – no, dreaming – of that moment when you can get back to the hotel room, take off your shoes and rub those aching toes and feet.

Traveling is great but it can also be exhausting. Especially for your feet. And think about it – you’re not going anywhere without them so you had better take care of them.

Fortunately, there is relief. Natasha Ray of Noir Grooming in Beverly Hills, CA, has some really good tips of how to take care of your feet while traveling. They are:

1.) Before you travel, make time to schedule a pedicure to get your nails trimmed and calluses adjusted.

It is formulated to balance the skin’s moisture leaving your skin feeling cool, refreshed and uplifted. Frequent use will not over-dry the skin. This invigorating aroma awakens the senses with the natural essence of rosemary, eucalyptus, and peppermint.

How to use: Pump a generous amount into a hands or washcloth, then wash and rinse.
