Aria & Bellagio Announce the ‘Viva Las Office’ Travel Promotion

Why work virtually from home when you can work virtually from Las Vegas?
That’s what the MGM Resorts are asking business people as the company has unveiled three tiers of a virtual office for those who want to be overlooking the Strip rather than, well, whatever you are looking at from your home.
You’ve heard of stay-and-play packages in travel? This might be called stay-and-well-stay.
Actually, MGM Resorts calls it the “Viva Las Office,” which is pretty good. It’s communications department described it as the “ultimate-homeaway-from-the-home-office-experience.” And it applies at its upscale Aria and Bellagio hotels.
There are three tiers, and each includes flexible check-in and check-out times as well as this nice real office touch: a personal executive assistant. As well as discounted flights on JSX, the hop-on jet service.
The deal is for three, four or five days and depending on which package you choose it’s either a really good bargain, not bad for what your get a or let-me-put-this-on-the-ol-expense-account.
Those prices are $101.89/night for five nights ($114.75 and $123.33 for four nights and for three) on the “Associate” package, $147.80 (and $169.75 and $203) for the “Manager” package and $281.80 (and $329.75 and $393) for the “Executive package. The differences primarily are in the size of the room and the latter includes a pool-side massage and a pool cabana. Er, may not being getting much virtual work done with those amenities!
It’s a interesting idea and even if Vegas isn’t your bag, baby, then it’s something you can apply to places you prefer, such as a beach town, a lake cabin or any place else that provides inspiration and an escape from your everyday surroundings.
