T-Mobile Arena, MGM Likely Top Venues
The much anticipated Floyd Mayweather Vs. Manny Pacquiao fight will take place in Las Vegas, PubClub.com has learned.
It will take place either Saturday, Dec. 1 or Saturday, Dec. 8. Possible locations are the T-Mobile Center and the MGM Grand.
The Las Vegas Knights, which have T-Mobile Arena as their home venue, are on the road both December dates, Dec. 1 at Edmonton and Dec. 8 at the LA Kings. Do both dates of the arena are available for the fight.
Mayweather, who is 50-0 with 27 knockouts, defeated Pacquiao in a unanimous decision in their first fight, tho Pacquiao says his performance was negatively impacted by a by an injured right shoulder. That was in May 2015.
He has not fought since August 2017 when he knocked out Conor McGregor and said afterward, “this was my last fight.”
Pacquiao is 60-7-1 and in July, defeated Lucas Matthysse to win a secondary welterweight title.
