H2Cuervo Replaces Water With Cuervo Silver At Hollywood & Highland
In one flashy – some might say intoxicating – publicity stunt, Jose Cuervo is making a “splash” with an event in La La Land.
It is turning a water fountain in Hollywood into a tequila fountain for National Tequila Day.
On Monday, July 24, it is replacing water in a drinking fountain in Los Angeles with chilled tequila in celebration of National Tequila Day.
“In a fight against the blandest day (Monday), H2Ceurvo is turning the blandest drink – water – into tequila with an unexpected shot of Cuervo Silver at a water fountain at Hollywood and Highland,” the company released in a statement to the press.
It is, the statement continued, “to help (of age) passersby cure Monday blues.”
The fountain, located at the Hollywood and Highland Center, will be flowing with this fire water – as opposed to its regular water – from noon-6 p.m. Anyone 21-and-over is invited to step in and take a sip.
This is certainly a unique way to say “salud!” As well as to celebrate the spirit of this south-of-the-border spirt.
