For some people, it’s always tequila time and here are two new recipes using 1800 Cristalino.

The cocktails are the 1800 Dirty Negroni and the 1800 Crystal Cider.

The 1800 Cristalino is a crystal-clear añejo tequila that comes in a crystalline bottle. It marries the clarity and versatility of a blanco with the sophistication and depth of flavor of a complex añejo.

Below are the drinks, the ingredients and instructions on how to make them.

Dirty Negroni

• 2 oz. 1800 Cristalino
• 1 liter apple cider
• 3 cinnamon sticks
• 5 cloves
• 1 star anise pod
• ½ orange

Directions:

Add apple cider to a pot, and cook for 6 minutes with cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise and orange. Mix Cristalino with 4 oz. of the hot apple cider, pour into a glass or mug, and garnish with an orange peel or cinnamon stick.

1800 Crystal Cider

• 1 oz. 1800 Cristalino
• 1 oz. vermouth
• 1 oz. aperitif liqueur
• 3 bar spoons of olive juice

Directions: Stir all ingredients well over ice and serve on the rocks with olives and an orange slice.About 1800 Cristalino Tequila.
