Five-course Meal Being Paired With Gordon & MacPhail Scotch Whiskeys

Five Crowns in Corona del Mar, CA, is having a Scotch whiskey dinner.
On Monday, March 4, it’s having a a five-course meal created by Chef Greg Harrison with select whiskey pairings for each dish from the award-winning Gordon & MacPhail and their personal distillery, Benromach.
Derek Hancock, associate director of Gordon & MacPhail, will be on hand to talk about the distillery’s history and craft. Hancock has been involved in the industry for more than 40 years, has given many lectures and tastings on all aspects of Scotch Whiskey and is also a Keeper of the Quaich in recognition of services to the promotion of Scotch Whiskey.
Based in Elgin, Scotland, Gordon & MacPhail is a family business owned by the Urquhart Family, bottling single malt whiskies for more than 115 years.
Five Crowns is, for good reason, recognized as one of the best restaurants in Orange County.
