The world’s best nightlife can be found in Spain – and specifically Ibiza – according to a new ranking system put out by an organization called International Nightlife Association.
This is based on top nightclubs and Ibiza has swept the podium with UNVRS, Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa. Bootshaus in Cologne, Germany and Green Valley in Camboriú, Brazil, round out the Top 5. They were revealed during the World’s 100 Best Clubs 2025 during the 10th Golden Moon Awards Gala held in Valencia, Spain. A total of 545 venues from 73 countries were nominated.
The top three nightclubs do have somewhat of a home-field advantage, considering the International Nightlife Association is based in Barcelona. Still, the rankings are”recognized as the highest global distinction in the nightlife industry,” the International Nightlife Association stated on its website.
UNVRS, pronounced Universe, is billed as the world’s first “hyperclub,” and used actor Will Smith to help promote it. It actually located within another club, Privilege, with a capacity the size of some soccer stadiums, 10,000. It replaces Hï Ibiza, which topped last year’s list. And, like all rankings, nightclub are subjective and what is awesome to some people could be just average or unexceptionable to others. Still, they provide a good starting point and you certainly can find a lot of cool clubs, people and partying in Ibiza.
