Creative Cocktails & International DJs At The Avanti + Riverside Hotel
Getting “seen” in Bangkok is as easy as going into the SEEN Restaurant & Bar, a rooftop lounge overlooking the Chao Phraya River.
Located in the Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel hotel, SEEN Restaurant & Bar is an indoor-outdoor mixture of modern-lux-meets-art deco 26 floors above the city.
One section contains kick-back wooden chairs on a patio with a huge view of the river while another section is an upscale and cozy lounge.
This is complimented by creative cocktails.
Traditional drinks are served with contemporary Thai twists such as the Sin to be Seen long drink, blended with jackfruit-infused plantation rum. Having led award-winning bars from Palmer & Co. in Sydney to 1515 West in Shanghai, Head Mixologist Mochammad Fadli is a regular on the awards circuit and his concoctions have been recognized by the industry’s leading publications.
Food is a global cuisine using locally sourced, organic produce. The refined menu offers an epicurean tour with artisanal tapas, a sushi bar and a main course ranging from truffled lobster salad and prime tomahawk steaks.
Adding to the atmosphere is DJ music featuring international DJs selected by Music Director Scotty B. Originally from the UK and a regular at the Ministry of Sound, Scotty B is a master of Nu-disco, soulful house and tech.
There is also an rooftop infinity pool for hotel guests and private parties.
