The hotel is located on 25 acres in the foothills of San Jose del Cabo. Originally a restaurant and bar – which still exists – it now has glamping treehouses as its rooms. There are 12 rooms, including a double-deluxe unit that is connected by a suspended bridge.
All rooms have a king-sized bed with a mosquito net, a terrace, outdoor shower, mini-bar and high-speed WiFi. A light breakfast (pastry and coffee, tea and juice) as well as morning yoga in a mango orchid is included in the price of the room.
Amenities include a pool, ping pong, badminton and bocce ball. There are also fire pits and animals on the property, including peacocks and the hotel’s pet donkey, Burrito. This is a pet-friendly hotel.
It also makes its own mezcal, Acre Mezcal.
Off site, surfing and scuba diving, golf and whale-watching excursions are available, as well as shopping and dining in nearby downtown San Jose del Cabo.
