Visitors from within the state of California are permitted to immediately take advantage of the spectacular coastal scenery and activities, plus the restaurants, shops and stay in the hotels. People arriving from out of state are encouraged to quarantine for 10 days before visiting any destination in the state.

The Perfect Roadtrip
Regarded as one of the most scenic routes in the world, California’s coast-hugging Rt. 1 winds directly through the Half Moon Bay Coastside. The 1.3 mile Devil’s Slide Trail is the only part of Hwy. 1 that is closed to cars, allowing visitors to walk and bike along some of the dramatic coastline. The ocean is home to harbor seals, bottlenose dolphins, sea lions, northern elephant seals and whales.
