A Great Taste Of Brazil In LA’s High Desert

By Kevin Wilkerson, PubClub.com Blogger
Dining in Lancaster, CA, has an international flair, especially along the happening stretch of the downtown road called The BLVD.
One of the top places to eat here is Rio Brazilian Grill. This is an authentic Brazilian restaurant, the kind where they don’t stop bringing the meats until you put up the “stop” sign.
And the meats are so delicious here, it’s hard to put up that “stop” sign.

Seriously, it’s so good, when the waitress brings out another skewer or sizzling pan, you say “sure!,” before you have a chance to consult your expanding stomach. It’s so good, in fact, that I found myself trading beer space in the stomach for food. And that’s a rare situation for me.
What makes it so good? Well the meats are perfectly seasoned and each one is different. They are also juicy, so juicy that when you take bites, you roll the eyes up to the top of the lids, tilt the head back and say “ohhhhh, that’s good!”
Tip: eat the meats when they are hot to get their complete flavor. This is especially true with the lamb, which has a rich combination of spices but if you let it sit for and cool a few moments it becomes a bit salty.
The meats include prime tip sirloin, beef brisket, Filet Mignon, beef tenderloin and the lamb but my favorite was the marinated chicken.
The dinner comes with a good salad bar but of course use that just to get in a few greens rather than filling up your plate because you’ll want to meat to fill up your stomach.
