W Hotel Hosting A Vegas-Style Day Club
Enjoy a Vegas-style pool party on Memorial Day Weekend, even though you’re in L.A.!
You can do it by attending Corona Electric Beach, a pool party at the W Hollywood with DJ Autograf. It’s Saturday afternoon, May 27, from 1-7 p.m. Coronas are served and there’s also a full bar.
Bring your bathing suit, a towel and – of course – a pool party attitude.
It’s free; all you have to do is RSVP.
These Corona Electric Beach parties are just what you would imagine them to be: a DJ cranking music, people playing in the pool, sitting around the pool, and dancing in place or in motion, all the while drinking Coronas and cocktails in a hip Los Angeles location. In Vegas, they refer to these pool parties as “dayclubs.”
The venue, called the “wet deck,” sits atop the W Hotel with a view of the Hollywood hotel.
The fact it’s on Memorial Day means it’s best to act quickly to get on the entry list.
You must be 21 to attend and you must RSVP in advance of the party.
If you plan to stay and party that night at the W, note the dress code calls for a stylish wardrobe (no open-faced shoes and collared shirts for guys).
