Shortribs, Salmon & Scallops Among New Offerings

The upscale and excellent Five Crowns Restaurant in Corona del Mar, CA, just south of Newport Beach, is constantly changing its menu to meet the seasons and provide new experiences for its diners.

As an example, it has introduced several new items that are featured on its spring menu. It has small plates such as the Smoked Octopus with meyer lemon yogurt, spring peas and pickled red onions, main dishes like the Coffee Rubbed Shortrib with broccolini, tomato petals, grilled leeks, horseradish gremolata and bordelaise and desserts such as the Cheesecake with carrot cake crumbles, walnut ice cream and carrot chips.
