Redondo Beach Pier Top Live Music Bars

Rock ‘n Roll, Reggae, Acoustic & Cover Bands In The South Bay

Redondo Beach is not as recognized as a place for live music as much as its neighbor to the north, Hermosa Beach.

But there are places were you can jam to blasting rock bands, enjoy acoustic music at sunset over the water and even sing karaoke.

PubClub.com has compiled this list of where to hear live music on and around the Redondo Beach Pier seven days a week. There’s no cover at any of these places.

Friday Live Music Venues

• BALEENKitchen – Local bands 6-9 and 6-close.

• Old Tony’s – Acoustic music starting just after sunset.

• Starboard Attitude – Karaoke 5-9 followed by local rock or blues band. Daily specials are 16-ounce margaritas, Bloody Marys and Long Island Iced Teas for $6.75.

• The Slip – Local acoustic-type bands, 9 p.m.

• The Boogie – Friday Night Reggae, 9 p.m.

Saturday Live Music Venues

• BALEENKitchen – Local bands 6-9 and 6-close.

• Naja’s – Good ‘ol loud rock cover band, perfect with one of those 77 beers on tap.

• Old Tony’s – Acoustic music starting just after sunset.

• Starboard Attitude – Acoustic 4-8, rock or blues band 9-1:30

• The Slip – Local acoustic-type bands, 9 p.m.

• The Boogie – Sometimes bands, sometimes DJs.

Sunday Live Music Venues

• BALEENKitchen – Local bands 2:30-5:30 ($15 bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary bar with breakfast until 2 p.m.).

• Naja’s – Good ‘ol loud reggae band, perfect with one of those 77 beers on tap.

• Old Tony’s – Acoustic music starting just after sunset.

• R10 Social House – Light band music playing covers.

• Starboard Attitude – Like Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin cover band, 4-7 p.m.

• The Slip – Local acoustic-type bands, 5:30 p.m.
