Bob Weir and Wolf Bros, Brian Wilson And Willie Nelson & Family Part Of Inaugural Event

The inaugural BeachLife Festival is really bringing the beach to life with a lineup of world-famous musicians.
Bob Weir and Wolf Bros, Brian Wilson, and Willie Nelson & Family are performing at Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach, CA. The three-day event is May 3-5.
And that’s not all, for the lineup also includes Steel Pulse, Blues Traveler, Ziggy Marley, the Violent Feems, Everclear, Sugar Ray, Berlin and Venice. On Saturday, local band Barley is performing, which will add a bit of a Beach Cities touch to the music.
In all, there are a whopping 35 bands during the three days.
This transforms the Los Angeles South Bay’s music festivals, which traditionally have mostly local and regional bands, not superstar performers.
The event will feature three stages, food trucks and, to satisfy the thirsty needs of the South Bay, bars featuring spirits, beers and wines.
A three-day ticket is $249. The two-day tickets sold out even before the full lineup was announced in January. The three-day VIP is $795 and a Captain’s Pass is $2,000. There are no single-day tickets. That is something else new with South Bay music festivals.
