Only 40 Seats Available For This Special Dinner Party
William Shakespeare, the best-selling fiction author of all time, was born on April 23, 1564, and the Whale and Ale in San Pedro is throwing a three-course dinner party of English fare to celebrate it.
There is mirth, merriment, live music and Shakespearean actors performing three memorable scenes from Shakespeare’s timeless plays. It starts at 6:30 p.m.
There are just just 40 tickets available so you had better get them now (link below). The price is $75.

First Course Options:
The Whale & Ale house salad of baby mixed lettuces with sliced mushroom, crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts & homemade creamy peppercorn/ranch signature salad dressing,
or Homemade English beef barley soup
Second Course Options:
1.) Penne Toscana: pasta sautéed with diced fresh tomato, chopped garlic, sliced fresh basil leaf & a little marinara sauce; – vegetarian, with a glass of Domaine de Cala Prestige Rosé 2016*
2.) English Pub Fish & Chips: Icelandic Cod filet fried golden brown in our own Bass Ale®Batter with English chips, with a glass of Domaine de Cala Prestige Rosé 2016*
3.) Baked filet of Atlantic Salmon under caper, diced tomato & Chardonnay-butter sauce served with sauteed vegetables & mashed russet potatoes, with a glass of Domaine de Cala Prestige Rosé 2016*
4.) Prime Rib of Beef au jus, The Anne Boleyn cut (8 oz): with fresh vegetable & mashed fresh russet potatoes, with a glass of Domaine de Mourchon Grenache, family reserve 2014*
Dessert Options:
1.) English Sherry Trifle: crumbled yellow cake soaked in sweet sherry, then a lyer of sweetened strawberries in strawberry syrup, then vanilla custard, topped with whipped cream, with an after-dinner glass of Moscato Bianco sweet dessert wine*
2.) A slice of Shakespeare’s Birthday Cake, with an after-dinner glass of Moscato Bianco sweet dessert wine*
