What’s Happening In Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach & Redondo Beach

It’s turkey time! Naturally, we do things a bit differently here in the South Bay than any other part of the country.
First, of all, we start off with a pub crawl, then we have parties at people’s houses for all the single people who aren’t going home with the family, then we get on a party bus to the USC-UCLA game!
So let’s carve right into it, shall we!?
THANKSGIVING EVE PUB CRAWL
Yes, there’s a pub crawl! It’s Wednesday night starting at 7 p.m. You are invited to wear costumes (pilgrims and indians might be a good idea) and then it’s going to various bars in Hermosa Beach. Below is deets, including the meeting spot:

FREE NIGHT AT SAINT ROCKE
Wednesday is a free night at Saint Rocke featuring “Mountain Reggae.” Not sure what that means – Rocky Top with steel drums, perhaps? Starts at 8. To get on the list, e-mail Katie at: Katie@saintrocke.com
USC-UCLA PARTY BUS
The Party Bus will depart at 9 a.m., and the departure spot is in front of the Comedy & Magic Club. Kickoff is at 12:30. Be prepared for a long day, so bring your drinks, food is a good idea and your college spirit attitude! The cost is $25, plus $15 if you want a taco tailgate.
Frankly, PubClub.com like to put beers in the backpack and party on the USC campus.
The Song Girls and band march through the tailgate area around Tommy Trojan on their way into the Coliseum and there’s all kinds of that college activity. Here’s deets on how to sign up for it:

310YP HOLIDAY MIXER
The big event of the year for 310YP is Friday, Dec. 4. This is a big bash with live music, food, drinks and a silent auction. The location is the Big Door Studios in El Segundo. This is a ticketed event; it’s $30 now, $40 at the door. All proceeds do go to charity. Buy tickets here:

HOLIDAY CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL
Just in time for you to recover from the 310YP holiday party, there’s a craft beer festival the next day! It’s at the Bay Club (that’s the health club on the Redondo/Hermosa border) put on by Smackfest Events. So you know it will be good! It goes from 2-5, features three of our South Bay craft beer breweries and food from R10 Social House, The Slip, Kincaid’s, Waterman’s and Captain Kidd’s.
The cost is $20 for Bay Club members and $30 for non-members before Nov. 30, then goes up to $30 & $40. Here’s where to buy tickets and more fun upcoming Smackfest Events!
