Redondo Beach Lobsterfest, Booze-N-Clues & Lingerie Volleyball
September came in like a lion with Fiesta Hermosa and it’s roaring out that way, too, with a smart phone calendar full of party events this weekend.
There’s the Redondo Beach Lobster Festival, the Brews-N-Clues scavenger hunt/pub crawl, plus 200 girls in lingerie playing volleyball in Santa Monica.
Among other things!
There are so many events the Party Report is divided into individual days, and then the entire weekend.
Thursday Beach Cities Events
Help Establishment Stay Established
Get out of the bars in order to HELP a bar this Thursday. The Hermosa City Council is having a hearing for Establishment’s CUP so it can remain open. The bar needs people to show up and show their support. It starts at 7 p.m.
We have enough resistance to our bars – early closing hours and no rooftop patios, for starters – so turn out to keep this really cool lounge open and operating!
Friday Beach Cities Events
Dancing With The Stars (Sort of) in Hermosa
Here’s a different kind of event in the South Bay taking place on Friday. From 7-9:30, 11-season veteran of “Dancing With the Stars” Anna Trebunskaya and the Hermosa Chamber of Commerce are hosting “Hot Ballroom Night.”
In a format similar to the TV show, Hot Ballroom Night features local South Bay celebrities who will partner with professional ballroom dancers to win money for charity. It’s at the Hermosa Beach Community Center and click below to attend and for more deets:

Saturday Beach Cities Events
Booze-N-Clues
This is a fun event, kind of a part Smackfest, part pub crawl.
There’s still time to participate; get 4-6 people and do all kinds of silly things, all to raise money for Lyme Disease.
There’s a flip cup tournament, naughty charades and karaoke, among other activities. And all at the bars around the pier. Plus, there’s a few thousand dollars in prizes!

Beer Brunch
Dia de Campo is hosing a Brunch & Brews on Sunday with pairings of five beers with five food items. Starts at noon. RSVP to (310) 379-1829.
Lingerace Volleyball
So where are those 200 girls in lingerie? In Santa Monica on Sunday! They are part of the Lingerace volleyball tournament. And guys, it’s coed so you can play, too! There’s also an awesome warm-up party on Saturday night.For more, hit the link below:

All Weekend Beach Cities Events Sept. 25-27
Redondo Beach Lobster Festival
There’s a great lineup of bands – Berlin and Feed The Kitty among them – to go along with your bugs and beers. It’s all weekend at Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach.
In addition to the lobsters, there’s a lot more food choices and quite a few South Bay singles show up for it. Sunday may turn out to be the best day.

LA County Fair
It’s the last weekend of the LA County Fair and we’re putting it in here because PubClub.com went last Friday and had a blast!
We saw Lynyrd Skynyrd and then partied at the Longboard Kona Beer bar where there was an awesome cover band playing party tune after party tune after party tune. We’re telling you it was FUN! The beers went down quickly, too.
It’s $15 to get in and $15 to park and while it’s a hike from the South Bay, if you go and wind up at the Longboard Bar, you’ll have a good time.
