Eighth-Annual Event Is Sunday, Aug. 21

The 2016 event is Sunday, Aug. 21, and tickets are due to go on sale two months in advance. This would be on or around June 21.
Because of such high demand, people are limited to a total of four tickets. The price is $65 and $125 for VIP, tho the latter are only sold as a pair for $250. VIP includes early entry (noon instead of 1 p.m.), a private tasting era with the highest-quality wines and champagne, and the champagne brunch.
UPDATE: Tickets went on sale June 22 and GA’s sold out in two hours. PubClub has set up a ticket exchange website so if you need tickets or have tickets to sale, CLICK ON THIS LINK!

The festival involves some 100 wines from California, plus dozens of craft and speciality beers. There are also food trucks (extra cost; this is not a food & wine festival), a band and raffle prizes, including golf lessons and a round of golf at the Pete Dye-designed course.
Because of the quality of the wines and beers, and also the people, this is one of the top social events of the year in the South Bay. Especially for singles.
There are approximately 1,000 people at the event, a good mix of women to men, all dressed as if they just came from a magazine cover shoot. It’s stylish and classy, yet at the same time casual and fun.
The event is held on the gorgeous grounds of Trump National Golf Club in Palos Verdes. Views stretch out to Catalina Island and over the cliffs down to the South Bay Beach Cities.
The minute you leave you want to come again the next year. But of course you’ don’t really want to leave that year’s event.
