Premium Event Grand Tasting Sells Out Every Year
A series of events featuring food, wines, spirits, chefs, pairings and, well wine and food, this event is a premier annual happening in San Diego. The 2019 dates are Nov. 10-17. The premium event is the Grand Tasting, which is on Saturday, Nov. 16. Tickets for that event, which sell out every year, are $135, $250 for early-entry VIP.
Another PubClub.com recommended event is Friday night’s Grand Decant, this year taking place at the InterContinental San Diego (it had been at the Marriott the past several years). Tickets for that event, which features hundreds of wines in a continuous two-hour tasting, is $75.
There are also packages available for the week and ones for the weekend, which also includes the Grand Decant, the Grand Tasting and Sunday’s Taco TKO. That ticket price is $250.
Among the many other events are a Syrah Smackdown, The Genius Of Pinot Noir, Basque Wine + Cheese, Expedition: Baja, and Holiday Appetizers + Festive Cocktails.
