The Smoking Gun’s Wagyu Chili-Cheese Dog is available Saturday, July through Tuesday, July 4. It’s a 1/4 pound wagyu hotdog loaded with wagyu chili, cheddar cheese, green onions and Fritos on a New England-style bun, served with a side of housemade coleslaw. The Gaslamp hotspot will also be featuring a specialty Red, White & Blue cocktail, made with Titos, pomegranate, curacao, and lemon.
