
A lot of people in San Diego have dogs, and there’s a quite a few dog-friendy bars and restaruants in the city.
Mainly, they are in the beaches, but there are also a few in the Gaslamp Quarter and East Village. Here are a few of them. PubClub.com will be adding more places as we discover them.
• Borrego Rooftop Kitchen + Cocktails

• Havana 1920
In the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, Havana 1920 welcomes pups on its patio with water bowls and plenty of smiles. Humans can enjoy authentic bites such as the award-winning Cubano, a classic Cuban sandwich made with slow-roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on authentic Cuban bread, priced at $16, alongside mojitos, daiquiris and an extensive rum list.
• Mezé Greek Fusion
Just a few blocks from Petco Park, Meze Greek Fusion features a spacious pet-friendly patio perfect for enjoying fresh Mediterranean flavors with your pup by your side. Menu highlights include spanakopita, a puff pastry filled with fresh spinach, leeks, feta, mint and dill served with tzatziki, priced at $14; gyro plates of slow-roasted and marinated beef and lamb, served with sautéed vegetables, rice pilaf, tzatziki and pita bread, priced at $25; and more. Meze also has craft cocktails, Greek wines and beers.
