
San Diego sushi restaurant Glass Box is hosting a special holiday center in conjunction with the Cystic Fibrosis Community.
It will take place Wednesday, Dec. 11, from 6-8 p.m. Glass Box will be donating 60% of ticket sales directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Community to support its ongoing efforts to find a cure for this life-threatening genetic disorder. The Cystic Fibrosis Community seeks to provide all people with Cystic Fibrosis the opportunity to lead long, fulfilling lives through funding research and drug development and advancing high-quality, specialized care.
The cost for the four-course dinner is $65. Advance tickets can be purchsed here.

Yang’s menu for the night is as follows:
• First Course: Asparagus Salad – Fresh asparagus and mixed greens paired with almonds, shredded carrots, and sesame vinaigrette.
• Second Course: Sashimi Tasting – An assortment of eight fresh sashimi pieces served with unique sauces.
• Third Course: Filet of Beef and Thai Style Crab Cake – Tender grilled beef filet accompanied by a Thai-style crab cake and seasonal vegetables.
• Fourth Course: Chef’s Choice Dessert – A sweet surprise to end the evening.
