The cocktail dinner pairings involve a four-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Fabrizio Cavallini with cocktail pairings curated by GBOD Beverage Director Ryan Andrews. Each dinner includes a presentation and guide through the tasting by a brand ambassador who will talk about the history and production of each beverage.
The spirits are from Diplomático Rum, Cazadores Tequila and Remy Martin Cognac.
Each of the events will be held from 7 to 10 p.m.
The first cocktail dinner will take place on Thursday, Oct. 26 featuring Diplomático Rum. Brand ambassador Evan Charest will educate guests on the spirit, the brand’s history and the production process. On Thursday, Nov. 30, the dinner will highlight award-winning Cazadores tequila, with tastings led by brand ambassador Vincent Toscano. The final dinner pairing of the series, on Thursday, Dec. 21, will feature Remy Martin Cognac and will include a guided tasting by Charles Laverde.
