
Update: This campaign donatted $4,625 to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
Eight San Diego bars and restaurants have joined forces to bring aid to affected Southern California communities affected by the wildfires with a special campaign called Dining for Disaster Relief.
Originally scheduled to end in January many have now extended it through February. The following restaurants will donate proceeds from select menu items to benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, which is providing critical food and resources to wildfire victims.

The restaurants and food items are as follows:
- Cloak & Petal (Little Italy – 1953 India Street): Donating 100% of proceeds from the Tea Ceremony Cocktail and Master Roshi Roll (ends in January.)
- The Original 40 Brewing Company (North Park – 3117 University Avenue): 50% of proceeds from January’s Burger of the Month. (end in January)
- Coco Maya (Little Italy – 1660 India Street): 50% of proceeds from their Chicken & Waffle dish.
- PRK 101 (Carlsbad – 3040 Carlsbad Blvd.): 50% of proceeds from the Chicken N Waffle Sandwich.
- The Lobby Tiki Bar & Grill and Cococabana (Oceanside – 408 Pier View Way): 50% of proceeds from their Chicken and Waffles dish.
- Louisiana Purchase (North Park – 2305 University Avenue): 50% of proceeds from the Drop Top Chicken Flock dish.
- Miss B’s Coconut Club (Mission Beach – 3704 Mission Blvd.): 50% of proceeds from the Chicken & Waffles dish.
San Diego restaurant owners are certainly familar with wildfires and the effects they have on people and communities, and that is the driving force behind Dining for Disaster Relief.
